Milk & Honey is one of the UK’s leading custom grill and jewelry brands — trusted by KSI, Dave, and Central Cee, and featured in GQ. Their Instagram already commanded strong cultural presence, but the brand needed deeper systems and strategy to convert that attention into structured, scalable growth.

Problem
Milk & Honey’s website didn’t match the artistry and exclusivity behind their brand. While social media drove heavy engagement, the site wasn’t converting — lacking the flow, emotion, and trust that turn attention into action.
